Fujitsu Toshiba Mobile has stepped up to the plate big time to release the first ever Mango WP7 device to Japanese customers, and hopefully the rest of the planet.
It’s called the Windows Phone IS12T, and looks to be a really aesthetic device. It runs vanilla Mango with zero modifications to the system (i.e. no bloatware). This has everything we’ve loved about Mango so far such as IE9 and multimedia playback capabilities. Check out some of the specs on this bad boy!
*MSM8655 CPU running at 1ghz
*3.7″ WVGA
*13.2 megapixel camera
* 32 GB internal storage
*water proof
*dust resistant
Fujitsu does note regarding the last 2 specs:
“IPX5/8 water resistance: Please ensure that the cap and battery covers are firmly closed. Users should refrain from immersion in seawater, pool water, and hot spring water. Users should also refrain from using while bathing in hot springs or water using bath salts, as well as extended use in water.”
The phone will be out starting today in Japan, and it comes in three colors: citrus, magenta, and black!
What do you think of this device? Is MS starting to entice you?
