HOW TO ENTER:
The entry period for the Sweepstakes ends at 11:59 PM ET on November 30, 2010. There are two ways to enter. To enter online, visit the website located at www.verizonwireless.com/NFL (the “Website”) and click on the drop down box at the top where you see the action is here. Then simply click on the sweepstakes to get started. You may also enter by text message, only if you are a owner of a Motorola Droid X smartphone or Motorola Droid 2 smartphone. Simply text DROID to 3404 and follow the additional instructions that will be provided. Message and data rates may apply. Text messaging is not available everywhere. Each entrant is responsible for all charges imposed by the entrant’s wireless service provider, including any applicable taxes on such service, in connection with the submission of an entry. All entries must be submitted and completed by 11:59 PM ET on November 30, 2010. There is a limit of one entry per person, per Droid X or Droid 2 telephone number and per e-mail address.
PRIZES:
Grand Prizes – Each of the 45 Grand Prizes is a trip for the winner and one guest to attend the Super Bowl XLV football game currently scheduled to take place on February 6, 2011. The trip consists of round trip air transportation for two people (the winner and guest ) between the major airport nearest to winner’s home and a major airport in the Arlington, Texas area, which will be determined by Sponsor in its discretion, and round trip ground transportation for the winner and guest between the destination airport and the
hotel; standard double occupancy hotel accommodations for the winner and guest for two nights at a hotel selected by Sponsor (includes room rate and taxes, housekeeping, bell charges and breakfast vouchers only; size and type of room determined by Sponsor); ground transportation between the hotel and the football game; tickets for the winner and guest to attend the game; two NFL Super Bowl bags and two NFL Super Bowl t-shirts (one for each of the winner and guest); and $250.00 in spending money. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize is $8,625.34. The exact value will depend on where the winner resides and market conditions at the time of prize fulfillment. 2nd Tier Prize: Each of the twenty 2nd Tier prizes is a trip for the winner and one guest to attend the Pro Bowl football game currently scheduled to take place on January 30, 2011. The trip consists of round trip air transportation for two people (the winner and guest ) between the major airport nearest to winner’s home and a major airport in the Honolulu, Hawaii area, which will be determined by Sponsor in its discretion, and round trip ground transportation for the winner and guest between the destination airport and the hotel; standard double occupancy hotel accommodations for the winner and guest for two nights at a hotel selected by Sponsor (includes room rate and taxes, housekeeping, bell charges and breakfast vouchers only; size and type of room determined by Sponsor); ground transportation between the hotel and the football game; tickets for the winner and guest to attend the game; and two NFL Pro Bowl bags and two NFL Pro Bowl t-shirts (one for each of the winner and guest). The ARV of each 2nd Tier Prize is $3,289.20.
