If you haven’t been in a RadioShack lately, you may not have noticed that they’ve been trying to ramp up their mobile device department over the past year. They offer a wide variety of phones from different carriers and is hoping to compete with Best Buy and Wal-Mart. Currently, only 10 RadioShack stores sell the iPhone, but they’ve confirmed that the program will go nationwide next year.
Target recently began outsourcing its mobile retail business to RadioShack, and in September it has added Verizon Wireless products to its 450 Sam’s Club kiosks.
